This was the first question I had during my first Astral Projection.I came out, & all I could see was "NOTHING" , all I remember is I was moving at very high speed,but i couldn't see anything!
So if you find yourself in same situation don't worry, its just during first few projection one has very blurred vision or no vision at all!Its because we are not used to "USE" our Astral eyes!However if we move away form the body the vision gets better.Just tell to yourself "Vision Now!" that will do all.
When you get advanced enough,you can see all 360* without turning back,but if you try it very first time , your brain might not be in a position to process all the information you perceive.

Human beings forget that they sense their surroundings in night-time dreams. They do this with eyes closed by adjusting their perception. Everyone attunes to energy in ways other than using traditional senses conditioned to be used when awake. Human beings are always alert. They are simply not conscious of all the many ways they take in information about who and where they are.
