This may sound stupid question to many,but I was searching for the answer when i was a beginner !
So when you start feeling the vibrations, Its time to leave your body !
You can exit in many ways but most commonly used are
*Roll out technique ::
Just try to roll out in any direction,make sure u don't try it very hard that you move physically!!just do it gently.You just have to feel as if you are rolling out & you are out!
*Float Technique ::
This is more simple than the "Roll-Out" technique, Just think\imagine of floating & you'll be floating.
